Our Flat Rate is for Single / Double / Triple / Quadruple Occupancy 

This Rate includes Continental Breakfast for up to 4 People Registered in the Room

• Double rooms (rooms with 2 double beds) are on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

• *Please inform us If you are reserving a group of rooms (4 or more) under one name (ex: a church group or family group). We can help make your check in smoother.

• Hotel Guests Registered with the TWEC Conference will be guaranteed the room type they select at the time of booking if it is available. We cannot guarantee your desired room type until you are registered with the conference.

• **If you book a room outside of our assigned group link, TWEC cannot guarantee your preferences nor availability of any amenities negotiated in our contracted conference rate.
